Combined with our exclusive water born finishes developed and manufactured here in Seattle specifically for SunDeisgn, we offer a degree of sophistication in wood beam sunrooms and conservatories you just won’t find elsewhere.

Custom in house design makes it possible to provide a full wood sunroom addition, or integrate it is an architectural feature in standard framed or structural insulated panel construction.

◦Designed for 'classic conservatory look' with glass walls and roof

◦Glass walls to floor and in gable ends
◦Framed pony walls (aka: knee walls) available ◦Exterior pony wall finish: siding
◦Interior pony wall finish: drywall, paneling, tile

◦Sliding, single hung (vertical sliding), casement and awning windows available, with screens
◦Sliding or swing doors available
◦Multi-panel doors available to open an entire wall
◦Wood structural members with thermally insulated aluminum glazing trays, pressure plates and trim caps
◦Many glass options available, including tints, mirrored and low E
◦Concrete of wood framed floor (insulation required in heated living space)
